Guidelines for Discounts

• We will continue to reduce or waive fees for low-income parishes serving a low-income community for all programs.
• If a group is doing JustFaith and Engaging Spirituality, a discount of $100 can be applied. A $100 discount is available if a church is doing JustFaith or Engaging Spirituality and also wants to do JusticeWalking. See below for possible combinations.
• If a church does both JustFaith and Engaging Spirituality, there is a $100 discount ($550 for both rather than $650)
• If a church does either JF or ES and Justice Walking, there would be a $100 discount ($450 for both rather than $550)
• If a church does both JF and ES and Justice Walking, there would be a $200 discount ($675 for three rather than $875)
• There are no discounts associated with JustMatters.
• JustMatters individual modules can be used in a calendar year and must be renewed for the next year.

Cancellation Policies

Policy for All Programs except JustMatters

If you are unable to form a group for any JustFaith Ministries program (except JustMatters modules) after paying the registration fee, you may request a refund in writing no later than January 15 of the program year for which you registered. You also have the option to transfer your program registration fee only to the following program year for any JustFaith Ministries program of equal or lesser value; this request must also be received in writing by January 15. If we do not receive your request for a refund or transfer by January 15, you forfeit your registration fee. Cancellation Policy for JustMatters Modules

JustMatters modules must be scheduled within 90 days from when they are registered. If you are unable to form a group for a JustMatters module within 90 days after paying the registration fee, you may request a refund in writing. You also have the option to transfer your module registration fee to another JustFaith Ministries program. After 90 days the fee is not refundable or transferable.
