Organize

Organizing is a skill that graduates of all JustFaith Ministries programs are encouraged to learn more about and practice in their churches and in their broader community. It is a critical component for holding a successful meeting, forming an effective social ministry program, and bringing change to our wounded world. It is a way of responding, in a well planned and disciplined manner, to Matthew 25 and God’s command to love our neighbor as our self.

Organizing is overwhelmingly about forming relationships, developing leaders, and changing how people act together. Organizing is about sacrifice and participation, about Gospel values and action, about community and the common good. It is a way to identify new solutions and to develop a common bond among people.

Local JustFaith graduates want to organize themselves to sustain their own work together and to further the support and encouragement of churches and groups who are beginning their JustFaith journey. A JustFaith Leadership team is one way to make that happen.
