EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As the mission and ministry of JustFaith Ministries has evolved and grown over the years, the structure of our organization has had to evolve with it. At this point in the life of our organization, JFM’s mission is best served by allowing our founding director, Jack Jezreel, to take on the role of President and Founder, with a primary focus on public speaking and relationship development. Therefore, JustFaith Ministries is searching for someone to take on the role of Executive Director to provide strong leadership of day-to-day operations and coordination of the JFM staff.
We are seeking a collaborative leader for this national ministry focused on forming and transforming people of faith by offering programs and resources that sustain them in their commitment to build a more just and peaceful world. Position is responsible for all internal aspects of the organization including management team leadership, program development, financial management, marketing/communications, HR, and fundraising operations. Serves on Board Executive Committee and collaborates with President-Founder on external relationships and strategic direction.
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree desirable. Minimum of five years managerial experience, preferably in a values driven organization focused on peace and justice work. Mission-focus, teambuilding, process orientation and general management skills are essential. Competitive salary and benefits, as well as limited relocation benefits. BUSINESS MANAGER
JustFaith Ministries, Louisville, KY is seeking a collaborative Business Manager for this national ministry focused on forming and transforming people of faith by offering programs and resources that sustain them in their commitment to build a more just and peaceful world.
The Business Manager oversees and coordinates the administrative functions of JustFaith Ministries, including its book and video store. To be successful in this role, the incumbent needs broad training and experience in non-profit financial management, payroll, human resources, and general business management. The Business Manager provides supervision to the office manager and the manager of the book and video store. The Business Manager also participates on the Executive Director’s Management Team. As the person primarily charged with executing the administrative functions of the ministry, the Business Manager is charged with executing these functions efficiently, legally, accurately, and justly.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Non-profit Management required; advanced degree desirable. Minimum of five years accounting and/or non-profit management experience. Mission-focus, analysis, accounting, process orientation, and general management skills are essential. Experience in QuickBooks preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
